PART 1: APPLICATION PROCESS

Selected applicants participate in a short phone or virtual screening focused on:

  • Interest in teaching in the United States

Step 3: Initial Document Submission

Applicants submit preliminary documents such as:

  • Resume/CV
  • Teaching certificates or licenses (if available)

Step 4: Interview 1

Qualified applicants move forward to the first formal interview focused on:

  • Teaching experience
  • Classroom environment
  • Professionalism and adaptability
  • Communication skills

Step 5: Full Document Submission

Applicants advancing in the process submit additional required documents and supporting records.

Step 6: Interview 2

The second interview focuses on:

  • Classroom management
  • Instructional strategies
  • Situational responses
  • School and program fit

 

Step 7: Application Outcome

Successful applicants may move forward to the candidacy stage.

PART 2: CANDIDACY PROCESS

Step 1: Contract Signing & Orientation

Candidates review and sign required agreements and participate in orientation sessions.

Step 2: Mentorship & Preparation

Candidates receive guidance and support related to professional expectations, preparation, and transition planning.

Step 3: Portfolio Sharing & School Matching

Candidate profiles may be shared with partner schools and districts for potential placement opportunities.

Step 4: School / District Interviews

Candidates may participate in interviews with school administrators or district representatives.

Step 5: Job Offer & Placement

Selected candidates may receive official job offers from participating schools or districts.

Step 6: Credential & Compliance Support

Candidates receive support with credential verification, required documentation, and compliance processes.

Step 6: Visa & Transition Preparation

Candidates are guided through visa-related preparation and relocation planning for the United States.

Step 7: Program Support

Ongoing support and communication continue throughout the transition and onboarding process.
