Our application process is designed to help us learn more about each candidate’s experience, professionalism, and readiness for international teaching opportunities in the United States. Applicants begin by completing an interest form, followed by screening, interviews, and document submissions as they progress through each stage of the process.
Selected candidates move into the candidacy process, where they receive guidance and support for school matching, professional preparation, credential and documentation requirements, and transition planning. Candidates may participate in school interviews and continue receiving support throughout placement, relocation, and onboarding in the United States.
